All purchases made at Pendulum Alchemy’s online store can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or credit, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or damage during shipping.
For digital products, you can request a refund or credit equal to the cost of the digital product within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return or digital refund/credit request, please contact [email protected] with your order number, product name and the reason for the return or credit request. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item or the digital refund request.
